Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Incorrect Goods: If you receive incorrect tiles, please contact us within 2 working days after the delivery with the photographic evidence of the tiles delivered and we will arrange exchange for the correct items.
Damaged Goods: Natural stone tiles are fragile. Even though we take extra care in packaging the goods as secure as possible, sometimes things may go wrong. When the delivery arrives, please do not just sign the paper and let the driver go. Make sure to remove the packaging on top of the pallet and check for any sign of damages. If you see any, please sign the delivery note as “DAMAGED” and you will be covered for any replacements. Please note that if the delivery note is not signed accordingly, we reserve the right not to provide free replacements.
If you notice damages, please contact us within 2 working days after the delivery with the photographic evidence and we will do our best to provide a solution.
Change of Mind
If you decide to return the goods, please advise us within 14 days from the delivery date and we will provide instructions for the return. The goods must be returned back to us within 14 days after our written instructions. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the transportation and safe return of the goods. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the refund amount and we will also provide photographic evidence of the returned items if requested.
Any items that have been specifically ordered cannot be returned for a refund.
